Training Terms and Conditions:
NOTE: Attendance for all training is subject to approval by BKForensics.
Students enrolled in training classes are given a reserve space when tuition is paid in full. Full payment is
required 25 days prior to the start of the scheduled class. Cancellation by student less 25 days and 15
days from the start of the class is subject to a $825 cancellation fee, this fee will be deducted from the
paid tuition for the student. Students who cancel less than 25 days and 15 days from the starting date of
the course have the option to apply their paid tuition to a future class within the same calendar year.
Credit notification must accompany the cancellation notice. Students cancelling between 14 days and 8
days from the start of the class are subject to a $1,100 cancellation fee, this fee will be deducted from the
paid tuition for the student. No refund is offered for cancellations under 8 days from the start of the class.
Credit for cancellations applied to a future course may not be re-credited a second time. The credited
(future) class is subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined in this document; however a second
credit will not be permitted. BKForensics has the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low
enrollment or other conditions that may affect the ability to deliver a professional presentation of the
scheduled course. Students will be notified (25) days prior but no later than (20) days prior to the start of
the course as to the status of course. Travel arrangements for training should not be secured until the
official status of the class is announced by BKForensics. BKForensics is not responsible for cancellation
due to weather, natural disasters, or determination by the hosting agency. However, the hosting agency
agrees to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
BKForensics will make every effort to fulfill the presentation of the course, however, if due to conditions it
is deemed by BKForensics that such conditions would not allow the proper delivery of the course,
BKForensics has the right to cancel the scheduled course. When a course is cancelled by BKForensics,
a full refund will be issued within 30 days, or, at the written request of the student, applied to a future
course within the same calendar year.
Refunds are limited to the outlined terms and conditions and apply to class tuition only, travel, meals,
lodging and other expenses are not covered by BKForensics refund policy.
Full payment of training indicates the attendees agreement to these terms and conditions.
Purchase Order Terms and Conditions:
BKForensics will accept purchase orders from all United States Federal, State and local government
offices under the following terms and conditions:
The purchase order must contain the following information:
1. Purchase order number, purchasing agent and buyers mailing address, shipping address, phone
number and e-mail address.
2. Date of purchase, amount of authorized payment, description of item purchased, or reference to
BKForensics invoice, including invoice number.
3. The purchase order must be signed as an acknowledgment and agreement by the purchased to the
terms and condition as described on the invoice.
Any amount not paid in full within the terms of the invoice will be subject to a service charge of 1½%
every 15 days staring on the first day after payment was due. The first day after payment (this date will
be referred to as a past due date) a 1 ½ % service charge will be added to the amount due, every fifteen
days from the past due date. The service charge will not exceed 3 % every 30 days ½ % service charge.
Purchase and Shipping Terms:
Taxes and Other Charges. Purchaser must pay any tax, fee or other charge imposed as a result of the
sale and/or shipment of the Products purchased imposed by federal, state, municipal or any other
governmental authorities.
Received Damage Goods:
Any claim for Products damaged in shipment must be submitted by you to the carrier and are subject to
the shippers terms and conditions. Do not accept any damaged packages without documenting the
damage with the carrier. We are not responsible for Products damaged or lost in shipment.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the method of shipment shall be at our discretion. Any delivery or
shipment date is an estimate only.
Returns and Refunds:
All products are inspected prior to shipping by BKForensics. In the event a product is delivered damaged,
please refer to “Received Damage Goods” terms and condition. All sales are final.
Damaged items may only be returned to BKForensics upon receiving a "return authorization" number
(RA). The RA can be obtained by e-mailing BKForensics at billing@bkforensics.com, include, name,
address, invoice number and contact information. BKForensics is the sole determining factor as to the
item being replaced, opened hardware and equipment are not returnable. All sales final, at the
determination of BKForensics a replacement may be provided to the customer.
Third Party Products:
Third party products may carry different return and warranty policies than our products.
Any warranty and technical support provided on a third party product is provided by the original
manufacturer. BKForensics does not offer support for any third party products. Customer is responsible
for understanding what items are supplied with third party hardware, it's use, applications and the
possible damage to mobile phones or other devices if improperly used. BKForensics offers no warranty
or support either written or implied for any third party hardware and/or software.
Hardware Software User Notice:
Hardware and Software sold by BKForensics ranges from user friendly to advanced forensic examiners. It
is the sole responsibility of the customer to read and understand the functionality of each product prior to
purchase. BKForensics is not responsible for damage to any equipment as a result of using purchased
hardware and/or software. Customer assumes full responsibility for use of all items purchased.
