This hands on, live course is designed for investigators who wish to learn about
cell phone seizure, evidence preservation, data acquisition and forensic
examination using software developed specifically for the analysis of a cell phone.

universal tool kit and a comprehensive class book.

Understanding the terms and functions of HLR, MSC, VLR and AUC
Identifying security issues and translating user information contained within the

functions

Connectivity, Bluetooth, IrDA, COM devices and USB
IMEI and SIM lock structures, check sums that are employed, block and
manufacturer identifiers

Interpreting phone logs, short messages, images and cell phone specific
