Training Terms and Conditions:
Students registering for training are acknowledging that they have read and agree to the training terms and conditions outlined in this document.
NOTE: Attendance at any training is subject to approval by BKForensics.
Students enrolled in training classes are given a reserve space when tuition is paid in full. Full payment is required 25 days prior to the start of the scheduled class. Cancellation by students less than 25 days from the start of the class are subject to the following cancellation fee, (1) government $895 and (2) non-government $1,195. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid tuition of the student.
Students who cancel less than 25 days from the starting date of the course have the option to apply their cancellation fee to a future class within the same calendar year. The credited fee applied to a future course may not be re-credited a second time. The credited (future) class is subject to the same 25 day cancellation terms, but a second credit will not be permitted. Applied credit request must be made in writing to BKForensics within 20 days of the beginning of the scheduled class.
BKForensics has the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to low enrollment or other conditions that may affect the ability to deliver a professional presentation of the scheduled course. Students will be notified no later than (20) days prior to the start of the course as to the status of attendance. BKForensics will make every effort to fulfill the presentation of the course, however, if it is deemed by BKForensics that conditions exist which would not allow the proper delivery of the course, BKForensics has the right to cancel the scheduled course. If a course if cancelled by BKForensics, a full refund will be issued within 30 days, or, at the written request of the student, applied to a future course within the same calendar year. Unless issued in writing by BKForensics, there are no other compensations, credits, or services for a course cancelled.
